As a Box-Man you are a member of the My Box Man community, therefore by becoming one you agree to provide reliable, fast and respectful services to public and commit to make My Box Man platform progresses
The aim of this Charter is to set out a standardised quality of services with acceptability and convenience for everyone.
Therefore every Box-Mans must accepts and insure commitment to the following commandments:
Commandment 1 : Punctuality
I will be punctual and undertake to observe the instructions for scheduled collection and delivery being set by the Client/shippers along with their other instructions relevant.
Commandment 2 : Vigilance
I will take the responsibility to carry (the legally acceptable) goods of the Client/shipper, who has entrusted me with. And ensure delivery of all items to the intended recipient in same state/condition at specified location and time.
Commandment 3 : Compliance
I undertake to respect the Driving/Traffic/Highway Codes and remain vigilant to ensure the safety of goods, regardless the condition on my transport vehicle.
Commandment 4 : Relationship
I will keep good relationship with Shippers and receipts and always communicate in a courteous and polite manner, both remotely and in-person contacts, and ensure treating them with respect.
